Operations/Administrative Assistant

The VETS Group is currently seeking an Operations/Administrative assistant to join their team in our Edmonton, AB office.

Working closely with the all facets of the Edmonton Team the Operations/Admin assistant will be our Director of First Impressions. This roll will be responsible for answering the phones and greeting guests while assisting the Edmonton office, estimating and field personnel in a variety of duties.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Exceptional experience with Microsoft Office (excel, word, etc.)
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Attention to detail 
  • Ability to focus in a busy environment
  • Experience with time cards and accounts payable would be an asset
  • Experience with SAP would be an asset and
  • Exceptional customer service
