The VETS Group is currently seeking an Operations/Administrative assistant to join their growing team in our Surrey, BC office. Working closely with the all facets of the Surrey Team the Operations/Admin assistant will be our Director of First Impressions. This roll will be responsible for answering the phones and greeting guests while assisting the Surrey office, estimating and field personnel in a variety of duties. If you are looking for a start with a growing company with endless opportunities for growth this is the place for you. To be successful in this role you will need to be self motivated, focused and dynamic with a "can-do" attitude.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Exceptional experience with Microsoft Office (excel, word, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Attention to detail 
  • Ability to focus in a busy environment
  • Experience with timecards and accounts payable would be an asset
  • Experience with SAP would be an asset and
  • Exceptional customer service
