Temporary Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant

AirTek Pneumatics Ltd. is a specialty industrial ventilation contractor and part of the VETS Group who Provides Healthy and Comfortable Environments to its clients in the Wood, Grain, Energy and Resources sectors throughout Western Canada.

AirTek Pneumatics is currently seeking a Temporary Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant to cover a 37 week parental leave in our Kelowna BC office.

Working closely with the Administration Team the Receptionist/ Admin assistant will be the Manager of First Impressions, this roll will be responsible for answering the phones and greeting guests while assisting the Office and Field personnel in a variety of duties.

 The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Exceptional experience with Microsoft Office (excel, word, Powerpoint etc.)
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to focus in a busy environment
  • Experience with accounts payable and/or receivable would be an asset
  • Experience with SAP would be an asset
